Privacy Policy
Effective date: [22-Oct-2026]
BioPouches respects the privacy of visitors to our website and of the businesses we work with. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit www.biopouches.com, send us an inquiry, submit a Google Ads lead form, or communicate with us about custom flexible packaging.
BioPouches supplies custom flexible packaging to businesses. Most of the personal information we handle is business contact information from people who contact us on behalf of their company.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you contact us, request a quotation or submit a form, you may provide:
Your name and business contact details, such as business email address and phone number
Your company name, job title and country
Packaging requirements, such as product type, pouch format, dimensions, materials, printing, quantities and artwork
Any other information you choose to include in a form, email or message
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through server logs and, where used, cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through our website or lead forms. Please do not send us sensitive personal information or payment card details through our forms.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information through:
Contact and quotation forms on our website
Google Ads lead forms, described in Section 4
Emails, phone calls and other direct business communications
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies, where used on our website
Other business interactions, such as sample requests and ongoing orders
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
Respond to your packaging inquiries and questions
Prepare quotations and discuss specifications and production requirements
Provide the products and services you request, including samples and orders
Manage our relationships with customers and prospective customers
Follow up on inquiries you have made
Understand how our website is used and improve its performance
Measure how well our advertising works
Keep our website secure and prevent misuse
Meet our legal obligations
If we send marketing communications, we do so in line with applicable laws and your preferences. See Section 11.
4. Google Ads Lead Forms
After viewing a BioPouches advertisement on Google, you may be able to submit your details directly through a lead form hosted by Google. When you submit one of these forms, Google shares the information you entered with us, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company name and any answers about your packaging needs.
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss your packaging specifications and prepare a quotation. Submitting a lead form does not sign you up for unlimited marketing emails. Any marketing we send afterwards follows Section 11, and you can opt out at any time.
Google's handling of information you provide through its services is governed by Google's own terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Website Inquiry Forms and Business Communications
Information you send through our website forms or by email is used to handle your inquiry and the business relationship that follows. We keep a record of our correspondence so that our team can respond consistently and refer back to earlier discussions about specifications, samples and orders.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure the results of our advertising, for example whether a visit from a Google ad led to an inquiry.
Where we use Google services for analytics or advertising measurement, Google may collect information through cookies on our website. You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the website work.
7. Information Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business, including with:
Website hosting and technical service providers
Business email and communication services
Customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Advertising and analytics providers
Logistics and shipping partners, when needed to deliver samples or orders
Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants
Authorities or other parties, when required by law or to protect our legal rights
Service providers process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we set.
8. International Data Transfers
BioPouches serves customers in many countries, and our team and service providers are located in more than one country. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries other than your own, including countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for these transfers, we take steps intended to meet those requirements.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to inquiries, managing an ongoing business relationship, keeping records of orders, and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it anonymous.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, such as limiting access to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Marketing Communications
We may occasionally send business updates about our packaging products and services where the law allows it. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to [email protected].
Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate to a request you made, such as replies to your inquiry, quotations, sample shipments or an active order.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have the right to:
Ask for access to the personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate information
Ask us to delete your information
Object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information
Withdraw consent, where we rely on your consent
These rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to limits. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request". We may need to confirm your identity before responding. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection or privacy authority in your country.
13. Children's Privacy
Our website, products and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. External Websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as Google or partner sites. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
15. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
