Stand Up Pouch with Zipper

You set the size. Once it's filled, the bottom gusset opens out and the pouch stands on its own, which is what you want on a shelf or a counter. It's listed for coffee packaging. Other products can work, but that depends on what you're filling and the film spec, so tell us the product first.

Custom Printing and Pouch Construction

Artwork is printed by gravure. On a custom pouch, the thing to watch is registration. If the colors drift out of line, logos and small text go soft, and customers notice. Layout matters as well. Keep important artwork away from the gusset fold and the seal areas, because the film doesn't sit flat there. Our printing and quality control article shows how this works on the press.

After printing, the film is laminated where the structure needs it, cut to size, formed into the gusseted shape, fitted with the zipper and heat sealed. Zipper position and gusset shape decide whether the pouch opens cleanly and stands straight. The seal comes down to temperature, pressure and dwell time, and a seal that is slightly off is the kind of problem that only shows up after filling.

Manufacturing and Quality Checks

Quality inspection is part of production here. We check finished dimensions, printed appearance, zipper function and seal quality. Dust and residue cause trouble in printing, lamination and sealing, so equipment is cleaned daily and the work areas are kept orderly. You can see the production floor in our factory photographs.

Custom Orders, Production and Shipping

Minimum order is 1,000 pieces. Production takes 15 to 20 days. The listed thickness is 130 microns, and if you need a different one, ask us first, because we can't promise it until it's confirmed.

We can ship by air or by sea. Air is faster and costs more. Sea is slower and costs less.
